Application Scrum

Scrum is an agile project management methodology that is most often used for software development projects. An agile project approach means that the project timeline and cost are fixed while the quality aspect can not be compromised. Hence, it is the product or service features that remain flexible which are developed iteratively and incrementally. Scrum is a light agile approach, the project framework is less robust, the stakeholder roles are schematized. This approach allows the team to move quicker. Its prerequisite is a strong cooperation among team members in a self-organized team, decentralized decision making as well as a close collaboration with the customer.
